I was Bit 4 times that night , I then turned on my flash light to only see bed bugs!! The staff was really unphased their solution was to give us another room and talk to the manager in the morning ! At that point I packed my things and left . NEVER EVER WILL RETURN!

The price was right for a place to rest overnight. Nothing fancy. Slept really good. Breakfast was fast and easy. Nothing fancy.... coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit, cereal and pastries. Easy in, easy out. Friendly staff.

Paid for my room with a debit card. When I turned on the light bugs were going up the wall behind the bed. More bugs in the bathroom. Rolled back the bed spread and there was another bug. Packed up and went to get my money back. Would not give me back a credit on my card. I was given a letter that said " sorry for your experience", waiting to see if I get my money back,

The room was clean. The space is decent. There is no reason to be concerned for safety here. But, don't stay past check out time as the staff starts calling your room an hour before to make sure that you are leaving. Made to feel welcomed? Not.

I booked this hotel weeks before my trip and received a very good rate. That is why I can rate it as "very good" For the rate I paid, it was about what one could expect. The front desk staff were friendly, the room was of average size for this type of hotel. Beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was good sized and included a small freezer which was much appreciated as we had cooler packs that we needed to have frozen for lunch on eclipse day. Television service was good The room appeared to be clean, but white socks worn were very dirty from the carpets...would not recommend going barefoot or putting small children on the floor. I had a non-smoking room but it was contaminated through venting from a smoking room next door. Lighting was good - a big deal for me. Air conditioner was a bit noisy, but cooled comfortably. The location was very convenient, off the interstate, but not scenic in any way. Truck stop and gas station nearby. We were disturbed in the middle of the night by a person banging on our door by mistake, he had the wrong room. Room is secured by standard lock, dead bolt and chain lock. I was disappointed in the continental breakfast offered, mainly because I am not a cereal eater. There was hot oatmeal with various toppings, two cold cereal options, bread for toast, yogurt, and a basket with a few red delicious apples, and oranges...also apple/orange juice/coffee. our second morning we chose to go to a nearby McDonald's instead. The pool area seemed nicely maintained. While not large it was very adequate for our needs and a welcome spot to cool off after our hot day at the park.
