We came into town for a concert. The room was comfortable and the price was great. The staff were friendly. The breakfast area was quite small, but the food was good

As expected, this is not a five star resort. Like most other Tacoma/Fife hotels near the Tacoma Dome, people stay here in order to attend an event. The property is seriously under-maintained from a maintenance and cleanliness standpoint, but we made it through our stay.
Very surprised Wyndham is associated with this chain...maybe they have plans.

Convenient location and the staff was friendly, we were in town for a concert and they let us check in early. The pillows were very small, 12x12 throw pillows and the beds were lumpy and hard.

the room was dirty there was black mold in bathroom I don't smoke but my wife dose and it was the worst smelling room I been in

Great customer service, security is great for the area is not so great. They accommodate you any way possible and are real friendly. I see upgrades continually happening also.
