The room and bathroom were dirty. There were bugs. The refridgerator did not work. I paid more for this room than I did for a stay the next night at a beautiful Comfort Inn.

Room was clean and appropriate. Night clerk was kind and thoughtful. AM breakfast was fresh and area was clean and well kept. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

We were traveling to Tennessee and stopped to sleep one night passing through. Should slept in the car instead! It was 1:30AM so we were exhausted. First the door wouldn't open so we had to go back to the office and she had to unlock it with a master key. I needed a shower and the bath tub was so black and funky I actually put a bath towel in the tub to shower so my feet were not touching it. Carpets were not clean.Then at 3:30AM the AC started making such loud noises I had to video it to show the front desk. We couldn't check out in the am fast enough. When I told the front desk and let her hear the AC her response was they were just cleaned. ?? what does that even mean. She have us a whole $10.00 off the room. The room was $83.00. Last time I will ever stop off without reading reviews online.

The biggest problem was the lack of cleanliness everything was dirty. The air-conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep.

I'll start first with the positive-it was clean- that's it- very run down, outdated rooms- ceiling chunks coming out- i don't know if the carpet had ever been replaced - pool is deceiving in pic also-it's a very small pool- we were only ones in it (10 people) and i'm glad- couldn't have moved if anyone else had came to swim- there were several other hotels around that looked more up-to-date-wish i had picked one of those- all in all Greenville was just not a place i would recommend staying over at- roads were confusing- not a very good selection of restaurants - i think i'll pick a different overnight place to stay on way to beach next year
