The manager kept my card, and did not bother to let me know. He put my room number on it - but never bothered to get it back to me for 18 hours- even though I was 2 rooms down from the office. I am an elderly woman, traveling alone, and he let me drive off at checkout the next day without my card - and no cash with me. I stopped to get gas down the road and discovered my card was missing and had to backtrack to retrieve my card. No one should ever stay at this hotel with so much indifference to creating disasters for their guests.

It is an older hotel, clean and adequate. It needs some updating. The bed was comfortable. They need to fix the threshold on the room we stayed in as there was a gap between the floor and the door. We put the comforter against it to ensure that no little critters crawled underneath the door. Breakfast was the usual but ok.

We wanted to spend the night somewhere between Birmingham and Tupelo on a long road trip, and the Days Inn in Hamilton worked out fine. The room was clean, bed & pillows very comfortable. The love seat looked good but it was not comfortable - felt like no support underneath the seat. Breakfast was the usual continental with muffins, toast, cereal, etc., and hot waffles.

It was clean. Rather dated. It was a fine place to stay overnight. Breakfast left much to be desired! We had to go down the road to get something to eat for breakfast. Excellent Pizza restaurant across the street.

I've stayed at literally every hotel in Hamilton, Alabama. This one is so far the most comfortable. Nice soft beds, clean rooms, relatively updated. Plus, it has a pool!
