We booked hotel to find out that when we got there we had no room. They decided that they did have a room but didn't want to rent it out and definitely should not have! SMOKED FILLED... DIRTY... GROSS!!!! Like the guy that was at front desk slept in it or partied with friends

The price was good, place is clean, staff are friendly. They provide a basic good place to stay. No frills.

stayed here over the weekend and service was ok, they double charged the room I was in and the front attendant said that sometimes the system does that and we don’t know why. If the money isn’t back in your account by the morning just come the front and someone will figure it out. It didn’t say that they were under construction so when I requested a ground level room, that turned into a third floor room with a sketchy elevator. I don’t think they finished purchasing all the new amenities for the renovation the room was missing a fridge and I’m pretty sure there was supposed to be a lounge chair in the dead space of the room.

The hotel is next to a construction site. The hotel itself is a construction site, as well, although it isn't obvious until it gets noisy. The nights were the worst. People running in the hallways, speaking very loudly or yelling, and slamming doors all night long. There are 3 floors - the first is under construction. I was on the 2nd. The third floor occupants like to drop things, again, all night or early morning. We also had strangers knocking on our door at 3 a.m. Luckily, everything is on camera, so even though we didn't answer the door, we found out about it and knew security had been watching. However, the service was excellent and always helpful and available.
