Been here several times but was less happy this trip. Pillows were terrible. Lumpy and thin. Towels thin. Heating system needs an update. Loud and didn't work well. Guy at desk was not friendly. Found a juice box straw and something like a pizza topping on the floor from previous occupants. Bed comfortable. Room faced Easton Rd and was noisy. Rooms on back side of building are quieter. Needs improvement. Not sure I would stay here again.

This Days Inn is in the process of making some nice renovations. Without any prior notice, My reservation was changed. My reservation was made in August for my November visit. Specifically, I had a reservation for a smoking room since it was offered at the time of my reservation. Upon arrival, I was told that this Days Inn was now smoke free. That is fine. I do understand that. But the lack of any notification was upsetting. My wife and I could have sought other accommodation or we might have stayed as long as we were notified. I did stay, but I resented this lack of common courtesy. to notify us. Also, breakfast, still no protein items, internet awful.

I travel alone for business and almost always arrive late at night. The Days Inn was easy to find, well lit and friendly when I arrived and the room was cozy and comfortable.

When we arrived on the 8th everything was looking good got room close to elevator and told the clerk we would be leaving on the 15th as I extended our rooms by 2 days with 2 reservations since could not extend original reservation. Assured it was noted and would be fine. We left on the 13th morning came back late to find dirty towels in bathroom bed not made or cleaned since I had to step over the bag of clean towels in front of door when we left no excuse could be made for error. I even called front desk on Sun. night to confirm we were staying till 15th said it was ok noted. Bed was hard no pillow top on mattress and light switch in very dumb place on outside wall on opposite side of door opening should be moved to inside doorway of bathroom. bed seemed like mattress was turned over not rotated like newer mattress say to do. Felt something should have been done to comp for inconvenience and aggravation discount on next stay or free room for a night. We have stayed at several Wyndham hotels this year and last year and have been pleased ,it was upsetting to have this sorta ruin our wedding week ending.
