Employees were very nice. Was there for a very short stay. Place was clean but needed updated badly.

A special shout out Thank You to this hotel that gave us a room, with our dogs when the original hotel in Ronks, PA told us "no dogs" after we booked in the Pet Friendly hotel. Long weekend in October, no rooms to be had, but the cleanliness and fantastic staff at Days Inn Lebanon Valley could not have been more helpful. You won't regret staying here.

Check out was fine. The check in person was very unprofessional. She kept talking to someone behind the desk while I was standing there for some time. No greeting, the communicating attitude was horrendous. I understand that it is not a pricey hotel but seriously? Not a hotel for decent people. A kiosk will do much better job as a check in person.

This appears to be an older hotel that has not been updated. Especially the bathrooms. It was very clean. Front desk staff at check-in were very nice.
The bar in the lounge uses plastic cups, no glass. We ordered food, were given no place setting, silverware, etc. Condiments were in packets.

I was in town for a working vacation. I was checked in within moments and informed that the bar/restaurant was open. I was pleased with this as last time it was not. I was in the main building right off the elevator which was a big convenience. I love the location of the hotel as it is minutes away from the high school where I have my craft fairs twice a year, I have stayed here both times and I will be back in December when my daughter has her dance trip to Hershey. The breakfast didn't apply this trip b/c I had to be out before it was served, but I had it the last time and it was more than enough for me and my business partner (I was solo this trip).
