Not the classiest hotel. Rooms exhibit some damage, like missing towel bar, broken door chain. But serviceable.

This was the only hotel with openings within 90 minutes of PSU, so we had to book it. I originally booked for Sat night, but decided to book for Fri and Sat. I couldn't make the modification with my confirmation number online, so my husband called Expedia and booked the room, but was given another, separate confirmation number. When we checked in, we told the front desk that we had 2 confirmation numbers and told him that we'd be staying 2 nights and he confirmed that he understood. We stayed one night and when we returned to our room on Saturday, our key didn't work. We went to the front desk and were told that we had checked out and that someone else was in our room. The front desk didn't know where our clothes, IPad, jewelry was and called the owner, a Mr. Patel. The front desk clerk talked to the owner, WHO REFUSED TO GET ON THE LINE WITH US. I called the police as the front desk was being so uncooperative. The other clerk, who we checked in with on Friday night appeared and remembered us, but took no responsibility for the mix up. He then went to our room and returned holding our toiletries bags, but nothing else! My husband and the cop had to go to the room at 2am, wake up the guest (and why would HE stay in the room with someone's luggage and clothes everywhere???) and get our belongings. We were given another room and finally fell asleep, only to be woken up at 3:30am by another guest trying to get into our room! Never again!!! BEWARE!

Bathroom and vanity area was dirty, ants on counters and floors, musty smell in the room, no WIFI,
Was given a room in the back of the facility with plenty of rooms open in other part of buidling

First of all its not easy getting into the parking lot, everything need updated. Don't have a restroom in checking in area, had to wait till we got checked in to use bathroom. Food was ok, nothing special. The best thing about the place was our receptionist, she was very nice. Won't stay here again.

The room itself was OK but the refrigerator apparently was disconnected by a previous tenant and there was food in the fridge that was rotting but room service failed to notice and correct the situation. We got through the night by not opening it but the once. Also, the usual as in almost all hotels there was the usual 2-7 Kleenex in the box. If they pay more than 50 cents per box why not put a new box in everyday and leave the leftover on the nightstand.
