Surprise $12 plus tax parking fee. Coupons for meals given as buy 2 entrees get $30 off - travelling alone! Continental breakfast pretty sad. Vending machines half empty. My arm had to be foot longer to reach toilet paper in washroom.

The location would have been great, but they’re redoing the entire street that the hotel is on, which would have been nice to know prior, but it was an amazing stay. Super friendly staff, awesome room, very comfy beds!

Overall very clean and professional, however the parking gets a little tight at times since they sell day pass parking at this hotel, which is common in Niagara.

The rooms were clean and front desk girl in the morning was excellent. The breakfast was a joke. really poor.

Arrived to a smelly room just cleaned smelled very musty. Bed is ok carpets burnt from cigarettes and very outdated. No gfi in bathroom no amenities to speak of. Will not return to this location. On the top floor view was nice. Hotel staff not around. Very understaffed
