I love the breakfast this hotel offers; toast, oatmeal, bananas, juice, and coffee. I love the renovated rooms, and the staff is friendly

Room was relatively clean. Wall rack in bath had lost the right brackets so it was hanging out of the wall. The TV had to be set on HDMI2 to receive a picture. I had to get 2 different remotes before they would work. Wasted too much time messing with the TV to get it to work, and they knew about this problem but don't tell guests (each one had to go through this process). Other guests woke me at 1:30 and 4:30 in the morning screaming outside on the 5th floor (customers are not the greatest sometimes). Elevator was scary. Automatically signed me up for Wyndham Rewards without asking me (I received an email later).

i visit often and the only problem i have is the internet it never allows me to utilize the service so if I have deadlines to do on my laptop or a tablet when I'm there I can't get it done

This was horrible the room was full of water they said from AC unit I was moved at 530 in the morning called down and went to lobby no one was present brought this to manager attention and she said she would give me a discount on next stay which I never got went back to stay an stool was broke had to be moved again where are the owners a man there said we are not allowed to tell owners only managers but you are allowed to take my money

The room was clean and bed was comfortable but this hotel is in the straight up ghetto. Two guys were fighting outside and saw prostitutes walking around outside.
