I had 4 nights booked at M5 services Days Inn, found brilliant value, friendly service with clean and comfortable rooms. Got great value for money..!

Good spot on the motorway easy to find and no noticeable noise. Staff very helpful with directions. Excellent value

Room & bathroom could do with Bathroom needed refurbishment. At next refurbishment TV monitors should increase in size - otherwise you are awesome

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Building and rooms appeared tired and in need of modernising in places but that did not affect the functionality of the hotel. Beds were very comfortable with clean fresh linen, large double or kingsize with firm matttes. Sofa bed with a pullout bed for our 2 children who said they slept very well. Shower was great and could have stayed in it all morning! Plenty of hot water too. Complimentary soft drink and confectionery on arrival and information about meal options including special offers for the motorway services food
hall. Would use this chain again. Good value for money compared to similar places e.g. Travelodge etc.

Convenient location, staff helpful. WIFI could not login, NO UK help desk told by Wyndham customer support would be available in 5 hrs time as not on GMT unable to get a login password Wyndhams adamant main desk have a WI-FI password. Seriously out of touch. Days Inn manager emailed me which was thoughtful.
