Left a note in my room .... no soap , broken TV , bed was sagged so Bly it was virtually on the floor and 3 wake up fire alarms during the night ??

For a motorway service, hotel was very reasonably priced and staff very helpful. A very convenient location with M1, M6 and A14 to take you in any direction.

Just came back from holidays. Too tired after a long flight. Had to stop and stay for a night. This hotel is on Southbound M1 so if you are travelling North then you'll need to drive for another ~10 minutes. Staffs were nice and friendly. Rooms were average as expected. Quite quiet even though it is next to a motorway. Unfortunately the hot water shower in my parents room wasn't working. Overall a comfortable stay.

For me the room was fine, and the staff pleasant, but the most irritating part was the fact the if you are travelling North Bound as we were you need to enter the service area across the road and cross the M1 via a link road, normally no big issue, but for us there was major road works on that carriageway with the service area closed so we had to go up the next junction and turn round, again not a major issue, but a simple email letting customers know would have been appreciated.
