Days Inn has not been remodeled since year 2000. Cracks around door frame, no heat in bathroom & entire room was old. I had to place the chair in room under door lock. I did not feel safe. The motel room was the only thing that was awful. Never, ever stay there again even though we have family on Foulk Road. The service was good & room was clean but did not have much to work with. My family & myself 3 rooms & they all felt the same way as I did. Can't not believe this old room did not change sheets every time another client checked in. phone was not working.

Staff was super friendly but as soon as I got to the room the toilet was clogged, had to wait 2 hrs and 3 calls later for someone to come fix it. Bed was so noisey I didn't get any sleep. I wont stay here again.

We arrived late on a Tuesday night. We booked a non-smoking room and the room we were given smelled like an ashtray. We lugged our luggage up to the 2nd floor (no elevator) and after the room's condition, had to go back to the front desk to see about changing rooms. I was given 2 keys and both were for rooms with double beds. We had booked one king bed. The 2nd room was cleaner, yet the heater smelled strongly of burning, similar to fire. We accepted this room, as it was late. The front desk called 10 minutes later to check on us and asked for the other room key back I said I would bring it down in the morning ans the girl stated that she needed it now. I said that you are welcome to come get it, but I was going to sleep. She said that I could bring it down in the morning. The wi-fi was almost non-existent, so this was a problem. There were many men outside smoking and this made us feel unsafe. The room also was behind a shopping center and at 4am we were awoken by delivery vehicles. We decided that we were not going to stay the 5 days we had originally booked. We checked out in the morning and moved to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was large, with updated amenities. Very comfortable. Desk clerks were knowledgeable and friendly. Good location, within walking distance to several things. Breakfast was very good. However, we did not learn of the renvoations to the entire first floor until we got there and were told we would have to be on the second floor. This was frustrating. I have difficulty traversing stairs. We should have been informed before booking.

The Price was very reasonable, the room (clean and neat). I would return there anytime I am in that area. In fact, I will be back there in two weeks.
It could have been a 5 but the toilet commode under the rim was icky. Most people miss that spot, sry.
