This hotel located near to butterworth town. Room were clean and decent. The room is hot as their aircond were not cool enough. The service at counter were slow as it took some time to check in. Their breakfast choices were limited to local food. There was a mini market near to the hotel within walking distance, however they close very early at night.

we stayed in this hotel as it was near to the location we wanted to go. overall the room is clean, spacious and comfortable. the staff are friendly too. we did not try the breakfast buffet yet as we had other breakfast plan already but if we go again will definitely try

I went to Butterworth for a meeting and stayed in De Garden for two days. I found De Garden thru internet but I did not book online. Instead I went straight to the hotel and ask whether the is any vacancy. I was in luck. I got a studio room, with a 32 inches TV (Great). The staff was friendly (Great). The parking was open but I feel secure (Great). It is easy for me to go to the location I supposed to be for the meeting. On top of that, what ever time I decide to go, I will still reach the destination within 10 minutes. Nice. The downside is the breakfast. No varieties. I eat "Mee Hoon Goreng" for breakfast for 2 days. Still, the staff friendliness makes me eat the "Mee Hoon Goreng" with ease. I will come back here again but with out breakfast. Besides, there is a lot of stalls and clean restaurant nearby. Furthermore, there is a mosque nearby for Muslim to pray. In summary, I will come back for a studio room (minimum) and without breakfast .

enjoyed my stay there,5-10m to jalan raja uda,the staffs was friendly & helpful.the hotel provides towel,tea bag,and also facilities like flat screen tv.free WiFi in room.clean and comfy,reasonable price,highly recommanded.

Reception upon arrival was cordial, although I am beginning to think that the hospitality industry in Malaysia has still some lessons to be learned when dealing with Western visitors, who are otherwise used to more enthused forms of welcome, and attention for assistance, rather than a passport request and a “you need to sign here”. Would make it feel more like checking into a Hotel, than going through a security gate.
Room itself is quite simple and basic, although it does contain (apart from a bed), a mini fridge and desk from which to work at. It also has a very good guest compendium, which compensates somewhat for the lack of information given at the reception desk, but which also a rarity (it seems) in Asian Hotel rooms.
Another rarity, is the provisioning of face cloths, and this Hotel is no exception to that. Indeed, there were not even any hand towels either. Bathroom is otherwise compact, but functional, with a very good shower.
For meals, they have their own all day in-house restaurant, which does serve good food for quite reasonable prices.
Guests here are most likely (like myself) simply passing through, and for this reason, it serves the purpose adequately.
