These are old house boat. Built more than 45 years ago. Same old traditional houseboat with old facilities on dal lake. Very hot in day. No electricity so no fan. No generator for power back up. Day was horrible. Food was very good both veg and non-veg. But in evening weather was pleasant. Enjoyed shikhar ride on dal lake.

I've stayed there for a night in de month f June.. First f ll de boat houses in dal Lake r stationary unlike de ones n kerala..view from this house boat s limited to only sankara charaya hill, if u looking for picturesque views better opt for best view house boats which covers 70% horizon of dal lake..this house boat doesn't ve power back up u r n for a smelting experience if power goes off😨.. Staffs n food r above average..u ll b in for company from mosquitos post 7pm if u intend t sit outside de house boat..over all a big disappointment , may b my expectations were sky high...

My life first honeymoon , and in kashmir, and in houseboat , most romantic and lovely feeling, i just love the house boat , service is very good, location is very good, transportation from dal lake to boat is very good, room is clean big , bed is just lovely with mattress auto heat feature , my life best vacation in kashmir and hotel makes better

One of the best houseboat at dal lake to stay.
Excellent hospitality & food is also very good... Staff at house boat is very good.
*Feedback for the hotel management: maintenance work is require: electricity work and carpet.

One of the best House Boat to stay on.. Excellent food & Jaw Dropping interior work of wood.. Must Stay.. Staff at the House Boat is very friendly and helpful.. They also organised for the Handicraft/ Kashmiri Shawl/ Purse sellers on boat and gave at the lower the price you can get in the open Dal Lake surrounding Market..
