Very good hotel with reasonable priced rooms and very good quality food. The staff and room service is very prompt . Also has pool and gym for people who are interested . I would recommend this hotel to all

The hotel is in the city center which makes it convenient to move around. Our room was clean and comfortable. The quality of the food was good although the service at the breakfast was a bit slow. Very disappointed about the gym and pool facilities which seemed abandoned for months and couldn't be used.

I have stayed a couple of times at this hotel and found it very convenient to travel around Pune from this hotel. The restaurant is very nice place for Dinner and the breakfast served in the morning is also very good.
Best in class hotel to stay for the price which it charges....

Hotel has good rooms but average service
it is centrally located in Pune city near very busy areas- still maintains it's silence.
Rooms are spacious, need renovation of furniture.
Cleanliness is well maintained.
Food served at restaurant was good
Ambience of restaurant is well maintained & very suitable for business meetings over lunch
Parking space is limited.

Positives:
- Neat and clean property
- Rooms are spacious
Negatives:
- Average room service
- Room facilities are just outdated (TV, Beds, DTH, etc)
- The in room dining options are very ordinary
- Food served is extremely average.
- Power cuts are frequent. The property doesn't have a automatic power backup.
All in all - Stay here only if you run out of options in the city. Not at all the vale for the money that you end up paying at the hotel
