Dakling hotel is nice to lodge during Darjeeling tour..hotel's location is very awesome beautiful scenic view observe from out side of window..staff are helpful and hotel maintend very well so spent nice days here

The hospitality we received from owner Norbu Dekeva and his family was unmatched in any other place we have stayed world wide. They are charming, generous, honest and humble - a credit to their Tibetan Buddhist heritage.
Oh, and the Dekeling Hotel is centrally located, lovely, with comfortable rooms and views to die for. What more could you want?

We staied for 2 nights. Place is very cozy and beautiful with wood walls and traditional tibetan arts. Staff are really helpfull with tips about the area. Room is very clean. overall we had a great stay here.

The Dekeling is clean, nicely decorated and located in a prime spot in Darjeeling. The lounge is the place to be in the evening relaxing with a book in front of the coal burning stove. The owners obviously care very much about their property and their efforts to make lodgers comfortable were appreciated… hot water bottles delivered every night! The view of Kanchenjunga from the lounge must be spectacular, unfortunately haze every day allowed us only a slight glimpse on our last morning. Anyone contemplating staying here needs to be aware that it’s a long, steep flight of stairs from street to hotel. Also, Wifi was not consistent and frequent long-lasting power cuts were frustrating – our room was very cold.
I would stay here again and hope to someday, I just wouldn’t go again in the winter.

Amazing life we had lived at Dekeling Hotel in Darjeeling we had booked this hotel on the arrival on, hotel had provided us pick up facilities as well as they welcomed us by giving a great welcome drink. we impressed about hotel infrastructure and their welcoming style, as per our booking we got the rooms with all facilities which we selected while booking time. Hotel ground staff were very attentive at their work they helped us for any work to get as well as for suggesting visual places outside, sleeping area of the rooms was very good location was very perfect from our room outside the window we could see and feel like heaven great moment of life we lived,
