The hotel room, meals, breakfast were quit decent. It has 24x7 hot water supply. The view from room and balcony is very scenic, far enough from hustle-bustle of town. The service staff were very helpful and polite.
Only con - the road leading to hotel is not easy, specially if you don't have your own car.

We reached Ooty 29th Nov around 5 pm with lomg journey from Coorg.
when we reached whole cottage was seen vacant & way to reach hotel was adventurous due to ruff road, full cloudy whether. so was upset littlebit but then we found whole hotel was packwd with tourist. They have give extra care to all tourist for all their equirements. As we nwes Jain food, they had all arrangement & served Very good Jain testy food. We enjoyed hotel, cooperative staff & atmosphere all made our journey memorable.

Rooms are neat and clean & spacious too, good friendly staffs, good worth for money.
Things to be improved - Way to hotel was very worst, needs immediate attention and one more aspect is hot water inside bathroom

This was my second visit to this resort and it was mindblowing this time too.
They took very good care of us.I will recommend this to everyone. And yes whenever I go to ooty in future 3rd time 4th time..definitely I will stay here.
One thing that bothered me was the tile flooring.It was very cold and as my kid is 3yr old and he used to play sitting on the floor.
But Theres no doubt this is the best stay in Ooty.

Very very nice and comfortable stay. Everything is excellent. Great location with outstanding natural beauty, superior rooms in terms of quality and size, good foods and lovely supporting management and staffs. Totally value for money, would love to come here again and again.
