Stayed as one night stop on a coach tour
caro169on 08/10/2017 19:06Just one word - ghastly. Rude reception staff, the room was not good and the food was very poor as was the service. Would I stay again - no - was there on a coach tour - I hope they find an alternative!

LeanneAlbertaon 01/10/2017 11:09This hotel is just not worth it unless your only spending a nite and costs you 30CAD. . .Its old and tired and situated in an industrial park....way better choices out there by far... feel bad for anyone who takes a taxi here and sees the disappointment waiting for them plus a huge fare to pay...upside bus stop right outside for quick getaway and the room is clean. .other then that beware!!

Anthony Con 26/09/2017 23:32Mixed opinions of this hotel. Got to the hotel in the evening. Checked in and went to the room and was given a twin room!!! Went straight downstairs to get the room changed to a double. Took a bit of persuading. Went to the bar. Had to find the bar man and then had no wine! Went back to the room and kept awake by next door who seemed to have a whole coach party in there. Next morning the view outside was electricity pilons. Breakfast was poor. Cold scrambled egg and frankfurters. The rest was bland and uninspiring. Too be honest the whole hotel needs a complete face lift and gutting out.
The journey into florence took between half an hour to an hour.
There were some good points. The breakfast staff were nice and the rooms were cleaned everyday.
We did jokingly call it the Italian fawlty towers, especially after we found a dead mouse at the entrance to the breakfast room!!!!
This hotel is never a four star. Two star tops.

Mohamed mon 01/08/2017 09:02Unfriendly staff . At the checkout no invoice given if you book through agency like expedia. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Is not a 4 star worth.
6 days booked informed hotel in advance and stayed 4 days due flight cancellation
But no restitution. They just said we do have any thing to do with you

Good location and food
Jo Kon 13/06/2017 15:23We only stayed for one night in this large modern hotel and would have liked to stay longer. We were happy with our room which had a comfortable bed and tv also a clean modern bathroom. This hotel offer free parking. There's a local bus which takes you into Florence in less than 30 minutes or alternatively you can take the local train. As you would expect in a 4 star hotel, the food was very good. For our evening meal we began with pasta then meat and potatoes followed by an ice cream desert. There was a good selection to choose from at breakfast, scrambled eggs, a variety of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and a mixed variety of bread and rolls.
