We stayed in River facing Deluxe suite. Rooms was very spacious and clean. Check-in was quick. Staff was also very helpful. Rooms offers a very beautiful view of River Mandovi. Breakfast was very delicious with wide range of options. Would highly recommend to take breakfast option. You get a free pick-up and drop from Casino as it is part of same group as Deltin Royal. Location is bad as it has nothing in close vicinity. Its a good stay option if one intend to relax and maybe go to Casino.

We got the room above the vegas restaurant. Spacious average rooms. Absolutely noisy location of rooms.... the moment we open the room door we heard a loud sound of kitchen exhaust. N they work middle of the night ... we heard loud noises of cutleries been arranged at 3.30am.... by loud I mean really loud... which they slowed down after I complaint. But didn't stop.Quit annoyed.

Riverfront sitting is best part of hotel
Breakfast was awesome all three days changed
Mr sudish ( steward ) he was best in reaturant

As soon as we reached we were welcomed, that was good, but when it came to room being choosed they gave us a room that had issues with the locks. That got resolved and we got into the restaurant, which was ok but very expensive. Also, when u are buying something non veg think twice as my wife had stomach issues after having the non veg, we started having veg, she did not have any issues. Proper information won't be given on internet, you would only get it when you call and talk. Other than that all services are good. Also one more thing there is no good restaurant nearby to have food. You won't get one in a walking distance. This hotel is in a village kind of place

The hotel is most suitable if you are planning to visit their casinos as they provide free transport to and from Casino and importantly, one gets to skip the long queues at the casino especially on weekends. As for the hotel, the service is slow and the reception staff is just about OK, with not much clue how to treat customers. We asked for Wifi passwords numerous times but never received it....😂Rooms are nice and well maintained. Peaceful as it is away from the main area. Only access from hotel is by transport booked through them.
