Stayed for 4 nights, room was ok, staff was rude and not at all cooperative.
Food - Better get from somewhere else. its not at all good. Tasteless and over priced.
Worst was when we were having buffet breakfast and the staff was busy in removing the same. No courtesy from any staff. They just want to charge you let it be breakfast or let it be any service. Wont recommend. Only good thing was in-house casino.

Property has well designed Suits as per the name .Service is cool .Breakfast is fresh and new every morning .Free drop to Deltin Royale was added cherry on the cake .Pool is cleaned every morning and surroundings are well maintained . It has gr8 candolim beach n nightlife just 10 min away .Place worth the stay and money too .

Great property,very courteous service....Lots of activities for residents.
The place is far from the hustle bustle n noise of placez too close to beaches.
The rooms r awesome, service is awesome.....

Plus point is the casino within hotel.....A suggestion,if u r staying in this hotel,go for in house casino in d hotel n not the casino operated on cruise by the same property owners.
If u r not too keen to be living near Calangute or Baga beach,this is the best place to be in.
One suggestion for the owners......Pl introduce some activities for kids aged between 7 and 17.....These hapless lot have not much activity options except swimming.

I visited Goa in Feb 2017 and it was really an amazing stay. Room was really big, clean and with the good view to swimming pool. Food was amazing. This hotel is small but has everything you want. It has mini poker club when you can try some best poker games. It is not far from the main road (Fort Aguada Road) on which you will find all pub, bar, restaurants and beaches.

i stayed here for 1 night. Property is upscale with nice suites. Rooms were neat and clean. Property is well maintained with good amenties. It has got a casino though i couldnt visit it myself.
Value for money property. Location is little on the outskirts of candolim but it is managable. Baga and Canagulate beaches are closeby.
Overall a satisfaction stay.
1 scope of improvement - Breakfast was average.
