Booked online while driving. Night clerk was as friendly as a fart in an elevator, but it was midnight. Was fairly happy. Clean room. You could tell renovations are going on. Some things were surprising, like actually tiles on the bathroom floor and shower walls. Not the plastic shell tubs or vinyl. Odd thing was that with those improvements, bathroom door was cracked and split at bottom. Beds were comfortable. overall, great stay for the price. Breakfast was borderline at best. Some things were so bad it made me question eating any of it.

We stopped at this hotel on our way to vacation. The price was right for a short stay. We got there late and we left by 9 am. It was not as clean as I would like but the bed was comfortable. There is a pool in front but it is rather small though there were some kids who seemed to be having a good time. Also this isn't the fault of the management but at 330 am there were people checking out and talking right by our door fairly loudly. Anyway I think if you aren't super picky the price is good but just know it's not very clean.

The customer service is surly lacking. Free Breakfast with almost nowhere to sit and eat. We actually took our food and sat on the tailgate of my truck since we were still in vacation mode(lol).
This hotel even went ahead and charged us for a reservation that we had made in error for one month in advance even though we spoke to them about it and asked for a cancellation.

We selected this hotel for a quick overnight stay while making our way home from a 2 week trec across Florida. We were traveling with our puppy so we needed a pet friendly property with a pool for the kids. The reviews said that it was being renovated and the website photos looked like a cute place to crash for the night. I regret being zombie mom and not doing due diligence and looking at Trip Advisor because the hotel is nasty. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with the smell of urine and stained carpet. The ac was off making it worse. There were 2 paper thin towels to share amongst 4 people because they wouldn't give us more. I was forced to make the best of it because my husband was too tired to go elsewhere, but my advice is to avoid this hotel.

The service here was stellar; the people that work here were very helpful. Unfortunately this is an old hotel desperately in need of a major face lift, which it is getting. Regretfully we stayed here while the face lift was just getting under way and had to switch rooms twice. I'm not picky when the main driver for hotel selection on any portion of our stay is price. However, the amenities stated on the website should be a reality. The pool was closed, in June. The first room we were in had an ac unit that was making a clunking sound that was similar to a jackhammer and did not cool. The second room we were in had an issue with the TV, which seemed to be related to the remote, and the ac was marginally better. The out put of air was still not great but at least it was quiet. The rooms smelled a bit moldy, like they had been flooded; based on the huge trenches filled with water through T the parking lot I'm guessing that there may be some recent water damage but can't confirm that as true. Overall, because the people here were so nice it would be great to come back once the renovations are completed. If the rooms meet the level of customer service then this place could be a really great value.
