Best service ever experienced
Ida Ron 29/04/2017 21:23Sergio and his family made an amazing impression on my boyfriend and I with their exceptional service. Not only did they pick us up in they airport when we arrived and they also drove us early in the morning as well - we payed a small fee for both transfers but it was totally on our premises. I have gluten allergies, which can be a challenge in Italy, but as soon as Sergio found out, close to every thing could be made gluten free (+gluten free bread, pasta, and cookies).
Sergio booked our ski+snowboard along with ski passes so all we had to do was to pick it up and return it.
The room and the hotel in general was so nice and looked newly renovated! Downstairs, they had a large party room with ping pong table, fussball, bar, couches, and party lights. The upstairs bar and the food and drinks in general were great.
Such a lovely hotel and family!

Nothing is too much trouble for Sergio, Lorenzo & the family who organise everything from airport transfer, ski hire, ski passes & transporting to & from the slopes every day. Thank you for making our holiday such a success & making us feel so welcome!
Skiing holiday
Jon Hon 09/03/2017 11:15This was my first visit to Italy and was lucky enough to have been invited to join a ski party to stay at the Hotel des Alpes in Presolana. The hotel was ideally suited for visit to a number of local ski locations and the hotel owner, Sergio and his son Lorenzo also provide a fantastic shuttle service to and from the ski lifts. The hotel is a good size with very clean and comfortable rooms that all have fantastic mountain views from the balconies. The food and service was second to none but the stand out for me was the friendliness of the Hotel team who really made the stay exceptional. It's because of this friendliness that the party I was with have been staying year every year for more than a decade and it's already in my plans to visit it again next year and probably for years to come. Can't recommend it enough.

russ-haz1on 05/03/2017 10:05Third year on the run we have visited Hotel Des Alpes and it still never fails to deliver. Always friendly, always clean with excellent home cooked food which is mountainous and endless!!
Sergio and family cannot do enough for you, from picking you up from the airport to organising your ski hire and lift pass, to driving you to the different ski areas - it just makes it so easy all you have left to do is book the flight.
It's a perfect, safe and convenient environment for learning to ski, but there is still just enough variety for intermediates as well.
Despite the areas worst drought in years the addition of a new reservoir at Monte Pora ensures snow via the snow cannons.
Once again a big thank you to everyone at the hotel for ensuring yet another fantastic holiday!

Robert Mon 01/03/2017 23:142017 , our 4th half term visits to Hotel des Alpes. The hotel was immaculate and the welcome warm and friendly. Nothing is too much, skiing is assured in one of the nearby resorts. Thanks again to Sergio and Lorenzo for making us so welcome and looking after us so well.
Great for families, beginners and BIG groups of friends.
