We are currently staying at this hotel and we came back from a long day at Disneyland yesterday to find brown water pouring out of our bathroom ceiling. A toilet valve had broken in the bathroom above us and the bathroom was soaking wet. Although the maintenance crew were quick to respond and the front desk staff quickly provided us a new room to move to - we had damage to some of our possessions and lost an evening of our vacation while packing up and moving to a new room with no help from staff. After requesting a call from the manager repeatedly today, and being told she is in meetings all day - we have still not heard from anyone at 9:00 pm. We haven’t been offered any compensation for our damaged items or lost time from our vacation. I do NOT recommend this hotel if you are looking for good customer service!

Had three nights at this wonderful motel. The staff were very helpful and always polite, the room was clean and well maintained and the great thing about it, just a short walk to Disneyland. The local bus stops just near the entrance if you don't want to walk to Disneyland.

We stayed as a family of four in a twin queen room with the extra space for a lounge and dining table. The rooms had a bar fridge and microwave which was helpful for storing and cooking your own meals.
The beds were comfortable and bathroom roomy by American standards. The bathroom had a well lit mirror for those ladies applying makeup.
The room included free parking for one vehicle plus buffet breakfast each day. The breakfast was very basic and not really my cup of tea, but it did the trick of putting food in the kids bellies before heading off to Disneyland.
This place is super close to the parks and an easy walk. It's also close to many restaurants such as Denny's, IHOP, Tony Roma's and many more.
There is no free shuttle to the parks at this place, but the value for money surpasses this. The walk to the parks is only short, our 7 year old managed to do it every day plus walk the parks all day.

Locationwise- it's perfect. On the corner of the Disney lot, you can actually see the California Adventure Park from the level 5 windows on the way to the breakfast room.
We got a courtyard facing room which was great for limiting external noise, but we still had a lot of noisy guests tramping down the hallway at all hours of the night and in the morning, and the door to the hall didn't seem to block any of that noise at all.
The room itself was clean, the bathroom was well fitted out. The towel elephant that greets you, was a nice touch, however, after I accidentally ruined it when moving it out of the way, it was never made or seen again.
The breakfasts were ok, nothing spectacular, but enough to fill you up. They did close the balcony which meant the breakfast room got crowded, and they had to open up a ballroom to eat in, which wasn't great as it was a separate room and a long walk to refill your cup or plates.
The staff were friendly and helpful enough, and it is cheaper to buy multi day passes from the desk than from the ticket booths at Disney. The pool is always busy, and there is a hot tub in the corner you can use as well.
You only get one car parking pass per room, so make sure you only have one car if you are parking there. It also gets very full, so get there early to ensure a proper spot.
The in-hotel bar/cafe, was nice- huge servings and reasonably priced, however, the guys there seem to panic when it gets busy and run around like headless chooks, but they got everything right in the end. The chicken fajitas and popcorn chicken for the kids were great.
We had the king bed and double bunk room, and for a 7 day stay it was a little cozy, especially in the king bed area, including not much space for a couple of suitcases. The double bunk is actually a double bed top and bottom and can fit four people.
Overall it was good, but not great. We would stay here again, especially if you can get a good price.

We stayed here on our disney stop of our honeymoon in a deluxe queen for 3 nights.
Check in was fine, but you can't check in until 3pm, they were happy to keep our bags though. Room was great, enough space for the two of us and a well appointed bathroom. Enough plugs for charging and good enough wifi.
Breakfast was just ok. the waffles were the best part. Pool is tiny and used by families A LOT!
Location is great, a 10 minute walk to Disney. If you're doing disney wear walking shoes (I did 33,000 steps in a day!). Lots of food options nearby and Anaheim Garden-walk about 2 blocks down, a great little shopping centre with some good restaurants too.
Will return with our 3 boys in a couple of years. It does the job for a disney holiday.
