Room was not fully clean and during our five night stay; and housekeeping did not clean the toilet once! Cracked/broken tile in room's entryway.
TV and remote only worked sporadically. Would not stay at this location again.
Breakfast included was excellent, however... nice buffet with fresh, ripe fruit; plus fresh prepared omelettes were perfect.

First Time to Palm Springs , but having travelled for many years we can easily say that the staff at this Hotel are top notch.
Right from our arrival , Yessica at the front desk got us checked in and set up in record time .
Our 3 rd floor Room view was literally the view you see in the main website photo and it did not disappoint , clean and well appointed . Housekeeping and Room Service staff were very good .
The Bar Staff were incredible !
Shawn , Frankie , Omar, Claudia and Matt all went above and beyond to make us feel at home . Shawn was a wealth of information on local attractions and things to do. Frankie even brought in his cousin's Guitar and lent it to me for our 5 day stay to play by the pool side fire .
The Staff at the Polocano restaurant went out of their way to make our breakfast times enjoyable and the eggs benedict are the best !
The Dessert Princess Golf course was mere steps from the hotel, in excellent shape and was perfect combination of challenging and price range for the amateur who wants that perfect 18 holes of incredible views!
Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others .

Stayed here for a little birthday getaway. Overall it was a nice place.
Hilton survey asked if I'd gotten a cookie when I checked in, which I didn't, not a big deal but would have been nice. Overall staff seemed really nice although I didn't have a lot of interaction with them. Its a large resort property which is why I picked it - I didn't want a cramped little place with no parking and noisy streets below. The prices do seem a bit high since it doesn't really offer anything other than a pool. Since I'm an Honors member I got to pick my own room ahead of time - I got a room I really liked without paying extra for a view so that was also nice. Large parking lot, modern lobby, friendly bar overlooking the pool.
I stayed Wed-Sat. Wed and Thurs nights were nice and quiet but the golf warriors showed up Friday night - drunk and noisy till very late at night but I guess that's to be expected.
Overall it was a good stay and I'd stay there again.

We went for our 8 year anniversary hoping for a nice little getaway but we were disappointed. Usually when you check into a Double Tree they welcome you with warm delicious cooked and I had even told my boyfriend to it since he had never stayed at one before, but they just gave us our room key yet they gave others the cookies. Apparently we should ask for them but that seems weird to have to ask for them. The room itself was okay it wasn't amazing. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Housekeeping didn't even clean the room they just folded the covers over and that's it. We had paid for a room with a fire pit and when we went to use it it didn't work. When I called the front desk they said they would send someone but no one ever came. If you are coming to celebrate a special occasion they didn't do anything to make it special, which was sad since I had read a previous review about how they had a great time.

Had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the golf course and Mt. San Jacinto. Wonderful Eggs Benedict and fresh fruit. First floor room was huge with a patio that opened onto a grass slope leading off to the golf course and water features. The are pet friendly with a fee. Public spaces are top rate.
