Arrived to find mould (around 1m2) in my bathroom due to the ventilation system not working. I complained, was promised a new room the next day. The next evening I asked and they said that because I had not packed my belongings (which they had not told me to do, I had put everything in my bags but they were unzipped) they could not move me. They promised a room the next day and finally delivered - but the room was dirty, still had food on the carpets.
From blaming me for their mistake to thinking mould was acceptable, I would say this was a bad hotel!

i was the unfortunate for not having a booking in any hotel on the white night.
so in a hurry i booked the one that was available !!!
Hotel desiderio.
only after i reached rome that i came to know that this hotel is located in the most remote places in rome. and will consume half of your day if u try to search the hotel by yourself.
also none of the hotel people know English !!!!
the lift in this hotel is big enough to fit 1 person with his luggages.
I had a really tough time in this hotel and would only suggest you to aviod this one.
