This resort is located in valley which offers you an amazing view for the valley view room. The staff is friendly & food quality is good.The restaurant has the best view of the valley, one can enjoy the view sipping hot coffee.Staff are very helpful and friendly.Overall an excellent stay.

One of best resorts in Munnar, I loved the way, when Devonshiire welcomed us from the gate.The rooms were small and beautiful. The food was top notch. I could find professionalism in all areas. The People know what they are doing and know what they should do to make us happy and comfortable. Our twenty members family was greeted with joy and smile by everyone in hotel. I must say this, I loved the bath room. I didnt want to get out that tranquility feel made by warm and chilly water.. There is an amazing coffee shop out there to taste the coffee with nature and trees.The hotel was clean and neat.The gym needs some repair work. They arranged dance floor, camp fire. Children loved the crackers session on diwali. The friendly staffs made our day. Overall it was a terrific stay for two days and we had our best time there. Just go Enjoy the spirit of the Munnar.

Devonshire Greens is a good place to stay. One can find different but beautiful views from room & restaurant. Taste of food is also good. Deluxe rooms are spacious but overpriced. Choices in Breakfast has to get improved. Rest is good.

I stayed with my family at Devonshire Greens in Mid-Sep 2017.
We liked the hotel.
- Complimentary drink ( fresh lime) was provided during the check-in
- Manager at reception gave is the overview of the hotel facilities like Gym, Play area ( Carom, TT, Ludo were available), Café etc. when we checked-in
- Complimentary drink ( fresh lime) was provided during the check-in
- Complementary cookies, 2 mineral water bottles were provided daily during the stay
- Food quality was good and buffet breakfast had option ( not-too many but average)
- There are no restaurant right next door or nearby so we order Al-la-carte in room. Food prices were average as that of other fine dining restaurants, taste of the dishes were good
- Location is bit far from main town (5-6 kms from munnar bus stand), this should not be a problem if you have your own vehicle. We saw some autos also that can drop from the mail town to the hotel
- View from the hotel rooms were good ( we stayed at 3rd floor)
- Housekeeping service and restaurant staff provide the room services in the timely manner
- Staff was always smiling and courteous
- Amenities in room were good ( tv with cable available , writing desk, Almira with hangers, phone, good ambiance light, frizz, notepads/pencil)
- Toiletries provided were of good quality like soaps, shampoo etc. They even provided shaving kit, tooth brush/paste, comb, shower cap
- Rooms and Bathrooms were neat and clean. Bed was comfortable
- We requested for late check which was happily accepted
I would recommend this hotel based on my personal stay and experience

We stayed in this resort for 2 nights .This is one of the beautiful and well designed property in munnar. Manager of the resort spokes very nicely and caters to the need of guests.
I suggest people to book valley view room as morning view will cherish your mood.
