Very well located, everything is close by it can save time traveling in the city. It's a great value for money, recommend it if one is on a shopping trip in Jaipur.
Breakfast staff is very good and helpful.

It is a beautiful resort situated near Railway Station. You wont expect such greenery in the center of the city..well planned and decorated resort. Food is good but bit over priced. It seemed the place is famous among locals for partying. Overall we had a great stay.

Just off the busy junction if Khasa Kothi in Jaipur, Devraj Niwas is an island of solitude. It stays true to it's tagline ... Stay well planted. The rooms are cost with all comforts ... an open air restaurant and the Jai'pour Cafe provide a good ambience and a courteous staff dishes out local as well as global delicacies in a jiffy.
The splash pool and space for a game of volleyball or badminton helps the weary tourist unwind after a busy day at sightseeing.
Travel tip: Avoid rooms 307, 308, 309, 310 if you are not the party person. These rooms overlook the open air restaurant/bar that is bustling with patrons till late in the night. The spaces are separated by a thick row of plants and the room doors don't let the noise indoors.

Such a beautiful resort. We booked 2 rooms. Both were huge and decent. The washrooms were clean. Also it has 2 restaurants in the area and both are equally wonderful. The pool area is great as well. A great resort for everyone!! Would totally recommend it!!

Devraj Niwas is a unique hotel in that it's not only in a central location for seeing Jaipur's sights, but you also feel far away from any noise or city centre hustle. The pool was a saviour on hot afternoons. After staying in budget hotels elsewhere, it was great to have a bit of luxury here with the lovely setting and spacious, comfortable room.
The staff were also helpful in letting us store our bags and use the pool and facilities after checking out and hanging around for a late train.
One thing to note is that unlike in other hotels where your room is cleaned daily, they seem to be a little more laid back here, and ask in an evening if you'd like room service. It didn't bother us particularly, but worth noting.
