We had a very pleasant time at Diana homestay. Spacious, luminous and comfortable rooms in a calm place for a good price. Only 5 mn walks to the beach. The owner was friendly and helpful we definitely recommand it !

When we reached the hotel, we got an information that our bookings are cancelled. We were never given any prior information regarding this. On Christmas Eve it was impossible for us to get another hotel as everything was booked or was too expensive. Thanks to makemytrip that they convinced the owner to give us another room. After standing outside on road for approximately an hour, As we entered the room and decided to take shower the geyser wasn't working. We informed the owner but he denied a repair. We still compromised with the situation. At night when we came back after roaming around Alleppey and decided to sleep, we found that the AC isn't working too. We informed me the owner and the drunk owner started shouting at us. The ladies of the house tried to maintain calm in the situation but that could not reverse all the inconvenience caused to us. It spoiled all the happiness we attained throughout the day in allepy as we could sleep whole night because the humid weather.

My family and I spent 7 cheerful days at this homestay.
A very pleasant environment with a great family who would often go out of their way to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.
The house is less than 10 minutes walk from Marari beach.
Would highly recommend!

So nice to come back (second time) to this REAL family homestay. Thanks for your warm welcome - the delicious meals and the interesting conversations.. and a special "hi" for the lovely and smart daughters. Go on like this!!

My daughter and I spent 10 wonderful days at the beach house of Diana Homestay. Set in its own walled garden with two other houses (each one bedroom with bathroom) with organic vegetables growing around us!
The family could not have been kinder or more helpful and the evening meals were very tasty. Sebastian and Cecelia were interesting and interested in us and ensuring we got the most from our time on this beautiful stretch of Keralan coast.
I would recommend the beach houses and the rooms at their homestay, a 10 minute walk away, without hesitation.
