Love this hotel when i am on business in La Marche. Great location to the beach and city center. Modern and clean with wonderful staff for helping get information to you promptly.

I visited recently on a business meeting so was not looking for a very big hotel. I just wanted something easy and clean. This hotel is perfect for business travellers as it has WiFi, quiet areas to work, good friendly staff and large clean rooms (some with kitchens).
Although the hotel has no major restaurant they do have a lovely breakfast room where you can find everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. There is a lady who makes you fresh coffee/drinks and she very polite and welcoming. If you want dinner they have an agreement for a discount with the restaurant on the ground floor at front of the building...good food.There is also a bar next to the restaurant and the owners are friendly and helpful.
Reception staff made check-in and check-out quick.
You can walk in less than 5 minutes to the town centre and 1 minute to the beach and water front where this is plenty more places to drink and eat.
I will need to return every 2-3 months to the area for business and I don't see me changing hotels. I may return with my family however still considering.
I would ask if the hotel does a discount for returning regular travellers, as I will be coming going forward 3-4 times a year.

Super clean and well maintained hotel, rooms are cozy, the staff is polite and helpful, many options for breakfast. 5 minutes from the beach and from a variety of restaurants. Overall, a great stay! :)

This is a really good hotel; well run; good friendly staff; very clean and modern. Coffee capsule maker and cakes plus fresh fruit available through the day and night all included. Our room was large and comfortable with a kitchen lounge and dining area. Large and modern bathroom complete with very large shower but no bath. 3 min. walk to the beach and although they have their own reserved area we requested a sea front location with no problem. The hotel is located on the "right side" of town, better sea front locations for restaurants and promenade. A 10 min. stroll to the railway station via the main shopping street. They have an arrange with certain restaurants offering a 10% discount. Faultless.

I like evrything in this hotel, very comfortable and clean modern rooms, nice staff, good food. I just dont like place of sunbeds on the beach, ti is long way from the sea. I recommend hotel Dimorae to evryone who go in Civitanova Marche. I hope to go again there.
