Nicely themed hotel. Only 5 minutes walk to the Disney village, another 5 minutes to the parks. Friendly staff, all happy to speak English if needed. Only down side was the bed being so hard so didn't get much sleep.

This was our second time staying in a DisneyLand Paris Hotel. Last year we stayed in the New York Hotel, but this year we wanted to save a bit of money so decided to stay in Cheyenne. We are so glad we did! We much preferred this hotel over the New York one. The Cheyenne has recently had a refurbishment by the looks of it, and it has certainly paid off. We spent over £200 less staying here than New York and our room felt more cosy and less dated. The rooms are clean, fresh and have a really cool theme running throughout them.
Positives:
+ Modern room with great theme
+ Only 10 minutes walk from the Park
+ Excellent bus service (Never waited more than 5 minutes)
+ Starbucks on site
+ Room had lots of storage space
+ Lots of power outlets - even USB and UK!
+ Safe in room
+ Very comfy beds
Negatives:
- Shower was very temperamental. At random, the shower would suddenly increase in temperature - to the point where it was actually painfully hot.
- Noisy air conditioning. Even with it turned off there was a constant humming in the room all of the time.
- People smoking weed outside of the buildings. Considering this is a very family orientated place, I was really shocked to see this. Due to the layout of Cheyenne I would have thought Disney might have staff patrolling to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen. I understand that this is probably a rare occurrence, just not something which is pleasant to see (or smell!)
Overall we had a great trip and would definitely stay here again. Just a shame about the few bad things.

The hotel has had a recent - and badly needed - renovation, and it’s really paid off: the rooms are clean, fresh and brilliantly themed. We stayed over October half term and it was heaving, but the hotel was a lovely quiet place to retreat to for a rest when the parks were too much. You can get a free bus to the parks, but we much preferred the lovely walk by the river and through Disney Village, which only takes around 20 minutes. Because it was so busy, we couldn’t have breakfast in the hotel and had to go to the Studios Park each morning, but actually we preferred this as the hotel breakfast can be very crowded and a bit of a scrum, whereas in the park restaurant you are shown to a table and it’s a lot calmer! In the room, you don’t get an iron unless you put down a €15 deposit; you get a kettle but no mugs - when I asked for a mug at reception, they gave me paper cups. So if you like tea in your room, you’ll need to bring a mug and your own teabags! The bar is pleasant in the evenings, the shop is pretty decent, and the staff we encountered all very friendly and pleasant, but to be honest I’d say it’s worth paying a bit more to stay at the wonderful Newport Bay Club.

Checked in to hotel went to our room to find two pillows when there is four of us sharing the room, went to reception to be told, we have no pillows and to share!!... Also got told we had to be at breakfast at 7am or go without after paying for it!!.....
What a joke, no customer service everyone just standing around doing nothing.. much rather go stay in Santa Fe as they are better at looking after you!
Also don’t ask for a manager as they don’t exist! Hi

My partner and I stayed here at the beginning of Disneys Christmas season in a Texas Room within the Geronimo block.
The rooms are nicely decorated (Toy Story theme) and very comfy. Unlike others, we didn't find the mattress too hard - ours was very comfy.
The bathroom was really nice and perfectly fine for our needs. Was surprised to see toiletries (shower gel/shampoo) for a lower budget hotel.
The room was cleaned every day and to a really high standard.
A bonus was being able to pick up our shopping done in the parks at the hotel shop and that the buses are very regular to and from the hotel. We also liked having a Starbucks on site.
Only negative is that there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. For myself this would be fine but my partner loves his tea, which is why we gave only 4/5.
