Stayed her for 5 days at end of October and can't find any faults.
Go with realistic expectations of what you will get for the money ypu are spending and you will love it.
It is not a 4 star hotel but what it is, Is an excellent place to put your head after a day in the park.
Beds are a good size and comfortable enough. A short walk along the river to the main Park.

We've just returned from Hotel Santa Fe at Disneyland Paris and can honestly say we had a fantastic time.
We arrived early at CDG and our private taxi driver was waiting for us with a sign (Sun Transfers).
On arrival there was a very long queue at the reception however it moved quickly and within 10 minutes of arrival we were in our room. We stayed in the Mater block and our room was near the main hotel building. The hotel it's self is set up in blocks all named after a different Cars character. Even if you are down by the river it's only a short walk to the main hotel building.
Our room was spotless with two double beds for myself, husband and 4 year old son. I was pleased to have a bath as knew it would be cold so a warm bath after a day in the parks was heaven. I've read some reviews to say they didn't get a hairdryer but I did and so did my brother and sister in law in there room?
The TV had the Disney channels which is pretty much all we watched when in the room. There was plenty of storage for clothes and the radiator kept the room nice and warm too. The room was cleaned daily.
The main hotel has a gift shop with the usual Disney merchandise, restaurant (which we didn't use) and a bar. The Esso garage outside the hotel sells alcohol and although it's still expensive it's cheaper than buying drinks in the hotel bar so we bought a bottle for the room. The gift shop sells wine and beer which we didn't realise until the last day. The staff in the hotel couldn't have been nicer and there is a meet a greet each morning with a different character in reception.
The shuttle buses come every 10 minutes and we didn't have any issues. Sometimes the bus was full other times not so much. The hotel is clearly popular with families as when waiting for the shuttle back to the hotel the other hotel buses always seemed empty yet there was always lots of people waiting for the Santa Fe bus.
The park it's self it amazing. The first day was freezing however the rest of our week was cold but fine with thick coats on.
We ate in Disney Village a few times. Firstly at Planet Hollywood which was our only disappointment of the trip due to the wait time (we think they forgot about us, 10 minutes to take our order, 30 mins for food to arrive) however Earl of Sandwich was very nice for breakfast and dinner, McDonalds was chaos but expected, the Sports Bar was nice for drinks and quite reasonable food and King Ludwigs Castle was lovely, very nice service and delicious food. We ate in the park one day, can't remember the name but it was a counter service restaurant not far from pirates of the Caribbean and the food again was spot on, hot dog, fries, drink and an ice cream for 14 euros.
We booked the Wild West Show which was okay. The food was nice and you get a few complimentary beers. The show didn't make a lot of sense however our son loved it which is most important.
I'd return tomorrow if I could. The parade, the fireworks, the Christmas shows, the rides and all the meet and greets are amazing.
I'd like to stay at another hotel just to experience another hotel however I can honestly say if you are concerned about staying here, don't be. It's clean, fun and access to the park is quick and simple.

After reading some reviews we went not expecting too much for a 2 star hotel and were very happy. Check in was abit slow but we'd arrived same time as a coach 😏, as it was early we left our luggage in the free luggage store across from reception to go to the parks.
I don't know if all rooms have been refurbished but ours was (block 28 room 020) all clean and fresh and close to the reception and amenities. Two double beds and plenty of storage. Free safe and very warm heating which was very welcome. Very firm beds which did my back the world of good. Housekeeping every day 😊.
We paid half board standard meal plan which definitely saved us money. Ok breakfast isn't what we're used to here but you're in france so continental it is. There were 5 choices of Kellogg's cereals 👍, Toast, jam, Nutella in abundance, croissants, pain au chocolate, donuts, Madeira cake, yogurts, bread, ham and cheeses, plenty to keep you going. We only ate one evening meal in the restaurant as we wanted to try some of the others restaurants included in the package and although the surroundings are basic, it's clean and food was fine, no complaints, nice choice especially desserts. We also ate Plaza gardens in Disney and Billy Bobs in the village (best ribs ever).
Shop and Starbucks within hotel which is handy. Didn't use bar but beer €7.49!!!
Walked everyday to Disney along the river, took roughly 10 mins.
Had fab time and would defo go back to this hotel.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Pillows on the bed amazing but the bed itself was hard. Only 5/6 tv channels in English, not a lot of entertainment inside the hotel. Overall lovely hotel & would stay there again.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights this week as we visited Disney for our wedding anniversary, we are 2 big kids at heart, the hotel isn’t as fancy as the neighboring Disney hotels but you get value for money, it’s a real bonus that you can walk to the park and the Disney village in about 8 minutes, just follow the yellow line in the road from reception and cross the bridge and there you are, but if you don’t fancy walking the free shuttle bus comes every 15 minutes or so, the only negative issue I would find is that the only option to eat is the buffet style restaurant, the bar only serves nachos or a few options of cold sandwiches, we did stumble upon the bar in the sister hotel Cheyenne next door and their bar serves pizza so maybe Santa Fe might look into offering something similar for guests. But all in all we had a very pleasant stay and again the park being walking distance was a real bonus.
