I just stayed with a friend for 3 nights on a hotel and park pass plan. The hotel was very nice, and the room was large and well maintained.
The beds were comfy, and they have especially comfortable duvets on the beds as well. The bathroom was nice and there was a little ledge as well which was helpful for toiletries. The windows were large and provided a nice view of the trees. One downside is that there were very few TV options. They had the Disney channel in several languages (the english one wasn't working) but otherwise the only other english option was the news. For a destination with so many international visitors, it would be a good idea to feature more options for everyone.
The lobby of the hotel was nice, and the staff was very helpful. Checkin was quick and we set up a charge account so anything in the parks or Disney Village could be charged back to our room. That worked very well as I paid less conversion fees from my Canadian bank.
The lounge in the hotel was very nice, and the large fireplace produced a lovely smokey aroma. The boutique was nice as well, and less crowded than some of the shops in the parks, although the merchandise was the same.
We didn't have a meal plan, and just ate in the parks or at McDonalds, but I noticed the wait for breakfast in the hotel seemed to be very long. There were long lines waiting to get in. Perhaps an option to take breakfast to your room could be offered to help alleviate this.
The closeness to the parks was great. It's about a 10 minute walk, but you walk through Disney Village so there is lots to look at. The lines for security can cause a bit of a delay, but this is understandable in the world we live in. Apparently there are also shuttle buses to the parks, but frankly the hotel is so close, I didn't see any need to look into the shuttle.
One thing I wish Disney would do is make it easier (and cheaper) to buy TGV tickets between CDG and Disney. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the Magical Express bus service (separate review for that) so I would strongly suggest looking into the train. It's only 10 minutes from the airport on high speed train, and that's what we chose to go back on. However if Disney would partner on this and sell tickets at the hotel, it would make it more convenient.
Overall, we were really happy with our entire stay, and look forward to returning soon!

This was the 3rd time that we have stayed at this hotel and it never fails to deliver. Check in was fast and efficient as normal,room was nice and clean even though a bit warm. The addition of the hot breakfast was a plus and most enjoyable. Only a short walk to the park and a nice setting on the lake. I am sure we will be back.

Hotel is in a great location for the parks, rooms are basic (no tea/coffee making facilities) but adequatet. Breakfast buffet was always busy didn’t help that several of the coffee machines were out of use which meant having to wait in a long queue.The worse thing about Disney was the smoking in the parks, it’s states people should smoke in designated areas, but this was totally ignored and people would just light up every where and no members of staff did anything about it

Took the family here for my daughters 21st and stayed in the club forest rooms and must say it was with the extra we paid.
They set the breakfast table with balloons etc and all the staff came to sing HB at 7:30am :-)
Breakfast was great, no waiting and good selection. Rooms were comfy and clean.
Hotel itself is the best we have been in and we have tried others at DLP.
We will certainly go back here and only a 19 Mum brisk walk to the parks.

This is such a cosy hotel! We stayed in the Golden Forest club and our room was beautiful. Lovely bambi themed room, nespresso machine, kettle, ice bucket etc. Housekeeping was brilliant -we had an immaculately clean room and bathroom every day. (Plus cute Mickey toiletries!)
The golden forest lounge was great too. Delicious hot & cold breakfast, Free drinks all afternoon and evening, plus snacks at 4pm.
Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Brilliant location for walking to the parks, but the buses were really efficient too when our feet were tired.
