The hotel location is really close to Arc de Triumph therefore it is also in a location which is easy to take metro to anywhere. The hotel was underconstruciton when we go there but they were so professional about handling the situation like we did not wake up to noises in the middle of the morning like we experienced in a few hotels. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The only reasons it did not deserve a 5 star rating were some temporary problems with the door-card system, which they also approached very professionally. I am certain that if I go again in the future, I will be satisfied enough to give a 5 star rating.

Avoid rooms ending 05. Carpet was very worn and stained; view was blocked, back of another building; bathroom extremely small and cramped, shower only, even though it was the supposedly better "comfort" grade range. There is no landing as you come out of the elevator, just a half stair, so you cannot easily get either yourself or your luggage out of or into elevator. This would be impossible if you had any mobility issues.
The breakfast is not worth paying any money for. Go to a cafe there are many nearby.
The receptionist recommended a restaurant that was poor; turns out his best friend works there. Very disappointed overall in spite of good location.

Location is great, cleanliness is good, rooms are modern and renovated.Good front desk receptionist. But the size of the room was ridiculously small and frustrating. We asked to change room, both rooms were tiny. To put a regular sized luggage on the floor, you would block the tiny space between the door and the bed.

Cozy, spatious modern room, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, very close to the Arc de Triomph and the famous Champs Elisee,many restaurants in the arena, close to the subway, nice view, very close to the Porte Maillot (important bus station). Fridge in the room.

this hotel is really getting you the value for what you pay and even more, the Rooms are clean , and the bathroom was surprisingly big.
but what makes this hotel stands out is the perfect location ,its really a 5 mins walk from arc de triumph and in a very good street with alot of shops and cafes.
I would really come back in my next visit , Thanks for the Great employees .
My only comment was the stairs way when getting out the Elevator its really narrow and sometimes you could fall of , but over all i loved it!
