SLEEP WITH LIGHTS ON!!!!!!! Plug your drains, use a towel to cover door, and do not trust the staff. We found and killed several roaches during our stay. Some in our room, one right out of the bathroom drain, and many all over the grounds as we walked through in the evening. Staff lied and told us twice they would come spray and at checkout as we continued to complain because we were certain no one did and spent whole vacation sleeping with the lights on they finally told the truth never having actually sprayed. It is a real shame they have the Wyndham name attatched to them. We would of gone to a different hotel if everything in area wasn't booked for Blizzcon. The front desk didn't even apologize. I just hope as TSA scans our luggage they are nice enough to tell us if a roach got into our luggage. We are also making a report with the BBB.

We have stayed here at this time share before. It is usually really great. We will never stay here again. The first night my 11 month old baby was bitten by a spider and had a very large wound on her arm. Then the next night we fought a cockroach approximately 1.5 inches in length on the floor just before our baby was about to grab it and inevitably place it in her mouth .... thank goodness we were paying attention. I reported this to management but now what do we do with our luggage? I don’t want roaches in my house. I guess we will have to pay to have our clothing laundered before we head home. Like I said we will never stay here again. My older kids are trying to talk me into sprinting the money for a different place to stay tonight.

Extremely convenient to Disneyland. Two story buildings - no elevators so may be a bit difficult for seniors to tote luggage and groceries up and down the stairs.
Stayed in a roomy three bedrooms unit with full kitchen - NICE!!!

We called the resort to let them know we would be arriving very late for check-in. Upon arrival, the front desk had someone waiting for us and that was very appreciated. We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit on the 1st floor close to the clubhouse. It was nice having 2 bathrooms in the room so everyone could get ready in the morning. The room seemed like it had been refurbished because there were air conditioning units in each bedroom and the living room area. I was pleasantly surprised that these A/C units were extremely quiet and they kept the room comfortable. There is a free continental breakfast on Mondays & Fridays, but don't lose any sleep over it. It was very basic with no hot food items. Complimentary coffee was good in the front lobby though. For a better meal, walk next door to Denny's. Each day we walked about 10 minutes to the Toy Story parking lot and caught the shuttle to Disney parks. This way we didn't have to rely on the ART bus. The only really bizarre thing that happened was on our last night at the resort. Some other guests used their room key to open our room just after 10pm. We were watching TV when they opened the door and there was obviously a mistake done by the front desk. I called the front desk to inform them, but they had no explanation of how that could happen. Other than that, it was a good stay overall and would consider going back again.

Stayed in the 100 building which apparently is the older building. AC was in living room and only ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms which made for incredibly uncomfortable nights. No fan in the bathroom only a small window above the shower. The beds were as hard as cement and the pull out in living room was worse, the mattress was super thin and the frame was bent sloping at a downward angle. The carpet was disgusting and needed shampooing. 5 minutes after you showered your feet would be black ( no exaggeration ). Upon checkout we mentioned this to the clerk and they clearly did not care.
All of this aside, the location was phenomenal.
