We had a very pleasant four day stay at this centrally located hotel. The staff could
not have been more helpful and many times went our of there way to help. The hotel
was convenient to anything you might want to do while visiting Lisbon.

I had been recommended to book this hotel as I was on a business trip and the office I was visiting was literally 5 minutes away from the hotel.
The room again was basic but comfortable. There were no additional toiletries so remember to bring your own. Also, the hotel itself does not have an iron and ironing board at all so I had to run the hot tap & shower and hang up my trousers to decrease ready for a meeting the next morning! The breakfast was basic with a limited selection but was sufficient for me.
As I was only staying for one night I would be happy to stay there again as it is 5 minutes away from the Metro but also a nice walk to the centre in the afternoon if you have time to spare.

This hotel offers you clean room and ok bed. Room is was a bit small, but ok for us because we just slept there. Breakfast is good, but no vegetables. You get juice, good choice of bread, some fruits, yoghurt, cereals, different hams, turkey and cheese. Also scrambled egg, beacon and sausages. Coffee (very good!) and tea.
Hotel is located very centrally and you can walk to popular places. Well, it is quite cheap to take taxi (Airport - Hotel was just 11-12 euros, 10 kms) in Lisbon. So basically you can take hotel also a bit more far away from center. By the way I REALLY RECOMMEND TO TAKE ELECTRIC BIKE TOUR in Lisbon! You don't have to sit I Tuktuk or taxi in traffic jam. Lisbon has many hills and with e-bike it is easy go up hill also. Quick and convenient way to see Lisbon!

I rate this hotel about a 3.5 star. Location good and very close to metro and taxi's are cheap so not an issue. Rooms are small and a bit tired but clean and serviced daily, room was small but adequate for 2 people, bathroom very small, it would be problem for larger peson to shower. Breakfast supurb, pastries yum, plenty of bread scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, jam, cereal cofffee etc and served till 11 or so set us up for the day sightseeing. Bed firm, we were on the 5th floor noise level ok for a ;city. Did not use aircon prefer an open window. Staff helpful and polite, they arranged pickup from airport with someone holding up our name which we paid for on arrival at hotel cost not exorbitant just took away the hassel of public transport with bags. For the price hotel was good value.

A basic 3 star hotel. Small bedrooms - I can't envisage the rooms being comfortable with 2 people in them. Tiny bathroom. Breakfast was good, unless you wanted 'full service'. Honesty bar was good - but the hotel employee watching you pour your drinks was off putting - was he checking? I was on business, so the hotel was adequate.
