The room had been over sprayed with airfreshner and it wasn't the best room and the mini bar hadn't been refreshed as there was open bottles of water that had been refilled and an empty pringles tub.
But you can get food delivered to your room and it was cheap and delicious and the service staff are lovely. Breakfast was ur usual continental affair with a few warm items like fritata and a think cut ham nothing special.
Amazing views of Toledo and the park was good for my 4 year old. Fine for 1 night.

The reception desk was very helpful when we arrived with our two small dogs and arranged for us to have a room close to an exit for doggy potty times. The views from the hotel we fantastic. The hotel is set in lovely grounds

The couple that we holidayed with booked this hotel because it had a pool. Upon arrival we couldn't care whether there was a pool or not - the view of Toledo from our room was worth more than the modest tariff paid! Everything about the place felt as if we'd paid 2 star price for a 4 star hotel. As it turned out, the pool was still closed as it was not yet full season. This didn't spoil our stay, it would have been a bonus if we had been able to take a swim, but the 2 nights that we stayed were excellent.

We were originally placed on the 3rd floor, and asked to be moved because the room only had 1 small window on the sealing!! horrible room!! We were immediately moved to the second floor. The hotel has 3 floors with approximately 20 rooms per floor, and only ONE elevator!!! We asked the receptionist information about the easter parades taking place in downtown toledo, and she had no idea! She only gave us a map. Very disappointed.
On the good side, the hotel views were amazing!

The first things that strikes you is the fantastic view over Toledo. The rooms are ok. The hotel feels a bit 70's. Restaurant was good with friendly service. We travelled with a dog and that's when we got a bit surprised. We had to sign a long list of requirements and rules regarding the dog including to provide a health certificate if requested, It is the first time we have ever had to sign anything. The hotel would be better of to declare itself as "dogs not welcome" rather than "dogs welcome" as it is today.
