We had a great experience at this hotel! All of the staff members were very accommodating! They even have a money exchange service right there in the hotel. We felt very safe walking down the streets and to the local grocery. Lots of yummy restaurants in walking distance. Great pool! Comfy beds! Clean! Good bar! (Would definitely recommend the mojito) Pretty ocean views! Would definitely return!

Extremely outstanding services, all the staff goes above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable, rooms are very, very clean, property well maintained , management cares, 100% food quality fallow USA standard. When you visit Dominican Republic you shouldn't miss The Dominican Fiesta Hotel and Casino

Stayed twice and had a good experience with great service - the hotel itself is a little older but it makes up for the kindness of the staff. The rooms are huge - at least the one I had on the 6th floor with a view of the ocean was very large.

Really good rooms, i cannot complaint from anything. My sister is also part of the club and they go every weekend. Just amazing, i enjoyed the breakfast on the room but they don't have more than that. It's a good hotel to stay sleep and then go outside to enjoy the city

I visited this hotel for the first time and stayed for 2 wks. At first very hesitant because it was my first time traveling alone. Quickly that anxiety subsided because I felt safe and secure in a very friendly environment. From the front desk staff to all the staff I encountered throughout the grounds everyone was helpful, polite and professional. Couple of people are worth mentioning: Francisco best bellboy! Julia at the bar sweetest smile and best coffee maker! Roque at the entrance ours a wealth of knowledge ..extremely helpful and the young ladies at the front desk, Taina, the other one escapes me and Jose who I believe is the grounds manager are also worth mentioning! I General the staff is great!
The hotel has so many activities on the grounds that it is impossible to get bored. Casino, lounge, cigar bar, 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, and gym. There outta even live entertainment some night in the hotel lobby.
Down:
LocatIon is a bit far from the city although very secure. The rooms are a bit outdated and the housekeeping is not at its best. I had to request for the room to be vacuumed on more than one occasion. At check out the front desk clerk accused me (I use the word losely bc he initially asked and I replied no) of eating a chocolate bar from the mini bar. He explained he was obligated to charge me bc it was reported missing. It was $191 pesos - approximately $4.50 US dollars..ridiculous price for a chocolate bar I never even saw. I paid for it because i was not going to argue over that but it was insulted by insinuation and if its regular practice of the hotel my word of precaution is check your bill before you leave!
