Staff was wonderful in helping with everything. Always had smiles and filled with joy. Close to a lot of things, clean and friendly.
I understand new management was taking over Monday Oct. 16,2017. I hope new owners realize they’ve a wonderful staff already and should keep all of them.

the beach is very clean and warm, has a private area for hotel guests. the room was nice and clean, with a working A/C but had a little fresh paint smell. the food was average but edible, there was always a choice between buffet or snack bar. the liquor was no surprise not the greatest, only beer and a few safe cocktails for a good taste. and the service was not the greatest in initiatives but the were willing to help if you ask them, also they didn't manage very well the concept of late check out (lack of communication between them to let everyone know they were not to bother)

Booked this hotel for our last night due to it's proximity to the airport and was looking forward to a relaxing day on the beach.Unfortunately it was a Sunday and nothing could have prepared us for the chaos both during check in and during our 24 hour stay. The pool was dirty and full of people drinking, the premises are run down and the food was terrible, it was so bad that despite the all inclusive we ended up eating at the sporting club next door. The beach in front of the hotel is good however going for a walk in the evening was traumatic..... the volume of trash dumped along the shore is beyond words. Our room was ok, a superior room on the 3rd floor with a nice beach view. Overall the service was poor and the all inclusive is not worth it.

Do not go to this place! They try people as a business not humans. Not even in the middle of an emergency were they capable of compassion. How bad they represent their country. Front desk personnel have no empowerment and have to ask the supervisor every single question. The food is good but it not enough good poor to visit this place

When we first got here it was good except NO elevators, nice pool and nice rooms we ended up getting a ocean view room which was nice, the buffet food was good though like most people say it is a lot of the same thing but very good. They do have a omelet station.
Now for the BAD: starting every Friday afternoon around 2pm until Sunday so I'm told the hotel allows the locals to come in the resort and I am not talking just a few it was like 200 people so the pool area went from being nice and quiet to full blown loudness, now when you book a all inclusive resort and pay over 200.00 a night you expect to get good service well we did until they allowed the locals in then you have to stand in a long line with these 200.00 people to get any food and drinks it was so bad we didn't even get to eat and the pool was packed. Then as night comes they really start blaring the music as loud as they can. I am sorry but when you go on vacation and spend that kind of money a night that is outrageous oh and when I complained and said the people who are paying over 200.00 a night should have first priority on the food and drinks they told me oh well they paid to come here today and I said did they pay 200.00 a night he said no and said this is what it is. Oh and here is the topper guest who stay there hire their local male and female hookers to stay there with them which we noticed everywhere and the locals were sneaking the employees beer, don't get me wrong there was some employees that were beyond nice, Oh a couple more things when you check in save all your paper work and bring it back with you to check out or they WON'T check you out, Also the room safe is NOT included in your price that is extra everyday charge. the beach is beautiful but you CAN NOT relax because they allow all the vendors to harass you all day long it was literally every 2 minutes all day and they don't know what NO means. Also just take my word for it be very care if you walk at night leave all jewelry and money at your hotel. Would I ever stay here again NO.
