Lovely hotel, clean and a very clean spacious room.
Food was amazing. Staff were very attentive.
We stayed here as a couple and felt very relaxed. The swimming pool area was very busy so we didn't get the chance to relax on a lounger and have a glass of champagne.

Booked this hotel as a convenient stopover whilst on a business trip. Unfortunately, I got there late so could not benefit from the Spa or even dinner. The reception check-in was fairly quick and I was given a standard double. The decor was a little generic for my tastes but it was clean. The place is a bit of a rabbit warren. Breakfast was very good, normal buffet style with plenty of selection. All in All not bad at all.

Business trip for a 48 hour conference and the hotel and facilities were very enjoyable. Room was comfortable, staff were friendly and the food was excellent. The only slight negative were the acoustics in the conference room and the audio supplied by the hotel to rectify this were insufficient.

A very enjoyable stay in an excellent hotel and facilities with excellent service. - good quality food and friendly staff, a very enjoyable spa break with a quality treatment. The food was of high quality and the waiter provided excellent service. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family and would not hesitate to visit again.

After emailing the hotel prior to arrival explaining are requirement for a gluten free diet and receiving an email back saying this would not be a problem, it was a problem as there was not a lot of choice and the alternatives were not very good why could we not have a nice gluten free role instead of toasted gluten free bread, why could the kitchen not have facilities to fry food separate so we could have food without it being cross contaminated. No cereal option no sausage no hash brown at breakfast all these things are readily available.
Why say it not a problem when it clearly is and it makes us feel like we are being awrkward and a nuisance
