So when I got here I thought WOW this is going to be 'AMAZING'. The first lunch was alright could add some improvements but it did the job. Anyway...Breakfast...hmm I mean people liked it but me and my family didn't. The bacon was all sloppy. The egg looked like it had been through a war. Now to be honest first lunch time was nice but the second was not. When I went to the salad bar I saw something black in the salad so I thought 💭 hmmm what could thatt be. Then I jumped out of my skin as what I just witnessed was a living cockroache in the actual food. Now I don't have proof because I didn't have my phone on me. What was also bad about the hotel was there was no kids entertainment: harldy any kids were there though. So that is it for my review. Please take notice not only for your sake but for other people's sakes too.

This hotel is in a great location perfect for the beach, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is being refurbished and I must say it is in need of it. The new plans and pictures of the refurbishment look amazing and we are hoping to go next year. We had a great honeymoon and had nothing to complain about

Arrived 12 noon told we couldnt check in til 3pm given our all inclusive bands and left luggage in the luggage room. Now online the hotel is described as having 3 bars id like to know where these are one 'pool' bar for all inclusive and the kings arms a locale where u cant use all inclusive bands, also bar has limited snacks ie a roll left over from breakfast with ham and cheese and the odd pastry.
We have never tasted food as bad in my life, we ate out 5 nights out of 7 and 4 mornings of 7 for breakfast, given they are cloaing for a refurb it was almost like anything that was in the freezer was chucked out for lunch and dinner, nothing freshly cooked in front of you like i have seen at previous all inclusive hotels. Room was cleaned twice in the week we were there only because we asked otherwise it would have been once. No Entertainment unless you count a random man with an electric guitar and a karoke night as entertainment.
Maybe the 'refurb' will better this hotel only time will tell and not sure id rush back!

This is the 2nd time we visited this "hotel"so we were prepared for absolutely crap food. It was just a bed for us as we ate out mainly, breakfast was so so but as for lunch & dinner, school dinners would be more tasty & hot.Beer was great , & the holiday price was comparatively cheap, so as I said it was just somewhere to sleep. I can't believe that they expect pepe to eat the garbage they serve, staff were fine

Travelled with friend on 10/10 for 9 nights A/I booked with jet2. Arrived at the airport to be greeted by lovely jet2 staff.
Arrived at the hotel late afternoon to a lovely welcome from Lola quick efficient check in, had room 3308 lovely spacious room with everything you needed side sea view with large balcony. Room was cleaned beds changed and fresh towels every other day.
The food was lovely throughout our stay breakfast was plentiful with good choice of cereals fruit continental and hot. Lunch and dinner again plenty of food with 2 hot meat dishes, hot pasta dishes, vegetables chips wedges rice etc then full salad bar with rice dishes and a cold fish dish, I'm not a big sweet fan but they were fine and again there was always plenty of fresh fruit and ice cream. If I was going to be really picky I would just say at lunch time I would've liked the option of ham and cheese on the salad bar, but that is just my choice not a criticism.
All the staff were lovely polite and friendly and worked really hard.
Plenty of sun loungers available and pool cleaned every day.
If the snack bar had been open I probably wouldn't have used it as there is only so much food you can eat.
Jet2 rep Moira was lovely always had time for a quick chat even when she was busy.
Hotel is in a great location and central for everything
After reading all the reviews before travelling we were very apprehensive, however we had decided we would just see what awaited us and make up our minds once we were there. Yes the rooms were a little dated but I have stayed in other hotels where that has been the case, we would go back tomorrow given the chance and would definitely return without hesitation even if it wasn't being re-furbished.
If you're going to pay for 3* why would you go expecting 5* ?
