I stay at this hotel at least once if not twice a month. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a full service breakfast room with a good selection of choices. There is a Fridays connected to the hotel as well, with full bar. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, even if some of the rooms are a little dated.

We had a great stay. Very friendly staff. Spacious lobby with sitting areas, snack store, and historical artifacts and stories. Near the Biltmore village.
They allowed late check-out with no stress. And when I questioned the final bill, they looked into it and resolved it quickly (I was in error).
Clean and modern room. Slightly slow elevator, but sufficient.
Ample free parking. Very good breakfast buffet for only $14, or included for some HHonors members.

This hotel was very near the entrance to Biltmore. Staff was so helpful with information and reccommendations about the area and dinning options. We were very pleased with our experience at this Doubletree.

We have found this hotel as a half way point for travel to grandchildren - could not have found better for the price and amenities. We travel with a small dog and this hotel is pet friendly also. As a Hilton Gold card member we are treated to a free coffee bar and a full chef breakfast as part of the price. Grounds are beautifully kept and well lit in the evening. Just down the street is the Biltmore Village along with any number of restaurants. Enjoy the courtyard that is interior to all the rooms.
TGIFridays is attached to the hotel for quick food. I suggest for a upscale affordable dining the Chestnut Restaurant about 1 1/2 miles from hotel. Great stopover with lots to offer. This is our overnight stay for the future.

Great weekender getaway discount for staying a third night. Wish I️ could have stayed even longer. Not far from airport. Just a couple steps away from good coffee and breakfast. The walk to Biltmore Village is a few minutes. Our room was clean and cozy with very comfortable beds. Really nice view of an interior garden as well. We even used the jacuzzi and indoor pool. Thank you for the bottled water!
