This hotel makes you feel like royalty! The bedding is premium, the pillows are the best, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The view from the riverside room is beautiful and it is fun to watch for the drawbridge to open! Within walking distance to many food and drink establishments and shopping too! I will only choose this hotel when I am in the area.

I have stayed at DoubleTree before. When we drove up to the hotel, the first thing out of my mouth was "cookies." My stay was very good and I received cookies anytime I asked for them. I had a beautiful view of the river.

We spent the night following a wedding reception at this same location. The hotel it's self is beautiful and very clean! The reception was perfection! Food and service from all staff was top notch! Grand Ballroom was beautiful! Made for very elegant wedding reception!! Impeccably decorated! Staff was friendly and helpful! Our room was spacious and the beds were so comfy!!! I highly recommend!!!

We checked in about 8pm, check in was quick and the staff was friendly. A little bonus was that we received a warm cookie as a little treat!
The room was very clean and quiet. I would stay here again if I am in the area!

My stay was perfect from beginning to end. Very clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival and fresh hot coffee in lobby. I would definitely stay here again.
