We stayed here for two days with our kids. The Hotel is nice & situated in the marina and close to restaurants. The beds were very hard & uncomfortable. Food was okay, but a glass of wine was overpriced. Overall, a nice hotel but a bit overpriced.

Place is a little shabby. My room's climate control was non-existent, which turned what should have been a pleasant stay into a nightmare. Staff & engineering were unable to fix problem. I think engineering might have been lying to the front desk about fixing the issue.

This hotel needs a serious upgrade. There is no cellular phone access inside the hotel. The food was boring and lack luster. The room was poorly cleaned and the plumbing backed up into my bathroom sink.

Nice hotel with beautiful view -
however, after a night out we were woken up by early construction going on in the several rooms directly below us. Surprise! We made our reservations at least two weeks ago - so they were well aware of this project. Why give us this room? Why not inform of us the construction? Why not offer us a discount? Why?

An amazing facility, located on the bay, this hotel is located with easy access to the Bay Bridge for those trips into SF. The hotel itself was easy to navigate, has friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and good food - everything you can want and need for a hotel that provides the start and end to each of our vacation days. The pool is perfect for younger kids as there is a "kids shelf" where the depth is just over three feet.
