Staff friendly, room clean but shower in my Hilton Honor room cold unless I ran it for 10 minutes first. Nice happy hour. Good monthly dinner specials. Lots of restaurants in the area. Always felt safe.

This was my second time staying here while working in Germantown. I chose this location, albeit 20 minutes from work site, because of its proximity to restaurants and relatively quiet neighborhood. Parking is expensive however a block away is a city own cover garage that is free on the weekends and cheaper otherwise. Front desk greeted me with warm cookies and water (Honors member). I chose the 14th floor for the view. The room was small however comfortable bed and updated amenities. I did not try the breakfast this time.

Stayed for 2 nights and while staff were extremely friendly/helpful, many other areas of service left much to be desired. We were awakened multiple times by loud neighbors and the walls of our room were paper thin. Half of the outlets in the room didn't work and the the food offered by the hotel was of low quality and overpriced.

We got a good price and it was in a great location. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. However, the room was outdated and not as clean as we would have liked. The bathroom was so small the door would not close because the tub was in the way. The toilet bowl is right next to the tub and I almost fell over it while getting out of the shower. We had to continually ask for the basics - toilet paper, soap, etc. The clock was missing from the room. Not sure if we would return.

Poor poor poor noisy, not clean, not refreshed heard all next door, all outside. Upgrade was a balcony in November. Old refrigerator that barely worked. Could not check in system down was told they would call when I could get in and staff never did
