The hotel room was average the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and outdated . The courtyard was noisy when requesting a quiet room due to exhausting Day and a hard work day on business. The front desk did not identify me as a Hilton honors member nor did they offer a Hilton honors bag. Check in process appeared rushed but no one was in line it took a few minutes of both hotel concierge we’re busy one on the computer and one on the phone as I stood waiting to check in. I have stayed at many properties and have found some on third-party sites and have been treated better. It is unfortunate that I prefer a Hilton location over any other properties . Hopefully my next check in will be a better experience as I come to the area monthly and this was my first visit.

This is not a quality Double Tree Hotel and way over priced for the product. Doesn't belong in the Double Tree brand. The breakfast and service was mediocre. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful to find nearby restaurants.

Staff and experience was all about the customer. Very helpful and friendly staff. As a matter of a fact when I arrived my room was not ready and the manager did not make me wait. Instead he found me another room. Excellent customer service! Plus the rooms where awesome and clean plus had a fridge to accommodate my meals on the go. My overall experience was awesome. The only thing that I find frustrating was the non credit of stay because it was booked thru my company. The Hilton brand is inconsistent on this. Some Hilton Hotels will give me credit for my stay where as other Hilton’s like this one will not. Because of this inconsistency I find myself staying at IHG brands more.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable room with extra seating, desk and bathroom had netted tub and separate shower. Ordered in room breakfast and food was great. The location was great. Overall a great value for a very nice hotel!

The first floor room that I was given has a constant damp smell as if mold was growing though I didn't personally see any mold. In retrospect, I could have asked to switched room. The meals are expensive so I didn't eat at the hotel.
