We stay here every time we cruise out of LA. We've never had a problem. Staff has always been friendly. They provide Shuttle service to port and if you get the cruise package, you can leave your car up to 2 weeks, get free breakfast and free shuttle service RT. Great breakfast bar.

Great stay. My company recommends all of its employees to stay at a Hilton facility. We have great corporate rates and they are always conveniently located. Be sure to register as a Hilton Honors member. You will definitely appreciate the special treatment.

I have to say, this is one of my favorites. A HUGE thank you to Jarwin and Julie at check-in. Most times when I ask if there's an upgrade, the answer is no. Jarwin was kind enough to place us in room 811 - room, it was more like a small house! The balcony was huge as was the living room. Our room was very comfortable.
Customer service shone through brightly, as we were greeted with smiles and warm hellos constantly!
We went to a LA Chargers game at nearby StubHub Stadium, it was a super easy ride. We enjoyed the pool for a bit, it was a lovely relaxing spot with cozy spots to get together with others.
Breakfast was a treat! They had local Filipino bakery items!! Meats and cheeses were also offered. Fresh juices and a good assortment of cereals.
We would go back, and ti's all thanks to Jarwin and Julie!

Very good place to stay for business. Price is good, friendly people, good food, nice patio. Location is ok, Carson is changing a lot, but no issues during my stay. I will definitely come back here. If you don't want to go out to eat, bar and restaurant has plenty to offer for your family.

Find another Hilton
The staff is negligent and incompetent. They are completely oblivious to your business needs I was in need of a color print and was told no problem just to head downstairs. Unfortunately that was completely false, the printer does not print in color.
