Several day stay for business. Staff tried to upgrade room (nice), but accidentally did so in a way that made a new problem, did a decent job of re-fixing, but took a little while. Overall rather dark everywhere, literally dim lighting. Breakfast buffet was a little sad, few customers on days we went so item s had been there for awhile, but the types of offerings were fairly good. Asian breakfast items available. Business rooms large and better lit, but difficulty regulating hot and cold, so there was some temperature fluctuation. Big parking lot also behind makes for easy access.
For the record - I think "average" is OK to good. Would stay again if location convenient.

Poor electrical for cell and business connections. Bad electrical in bathroom.
Clean but not ususual professional experience from Hilton
Nice people but when I asked for extra lotion - came back to room to find half used bottle set up with cleaning.
They did make it right

The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were super comfortable. My family said here for my daughters wedding, we arrived with a very large party. Our rooms were ready when we got there and we were very satisfied with the accommodations. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

This was a very clean and nice hotel! About 7 miles to the Woodfield mall/Ikea, and the rest of the Schaumburg area. There's a restaurant onsite or a Denny's located right next door. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel so that my wife and I can go shopping in the surrounding area. There are a lot of shopping centers around it. We live in the south side of Chicago and don't drive. So it's a very convenient location for us to spend our weekend. Mitsuwa, the biggest Japanese supermarket in Chicago, is right next to the hotel. The hotel also provides shuttles that can drop you off at any nearby location including Woodfield Mall and IKEA. The room rate is much cheaper here than hotels in the downtown. I am a Hilton Gold member and were upgraded right to a presidential suite, the best room type in the hotel. I used my mobile key to get access to my room, and all the membership benefit was delivered to the room prior to my arrival, so there is no need to go to the front desk. In the second day, before going out for shopping, we checked our luggage at the front desk and also stored some fresh meat we bought at a nearby Korean grocery store there in the fridge. The staffs were very helpful. I really appreciate their service. Overall, it's a perfect experience.
