My family enjoyed the convenience of a beachfront balcony after days in theme parks. The rooms are clean. Laundry facilities help a lot when we have boys that swim anytime of the day. We visited space center and walked on the beach in the mornings and evenings after seafood dinners. We had a very nice and relaxing vacation!

We stayed here during our daughters softball spring training. The team stayed at another local hotel that is very lowly rated so we decided to book elsewhere. Since this hotel had balconies with an ocean view and was directly on the beach we decided to stay here. The welcome was nice and the kids always enjoy the cookies. We were on the executive floor at the opposite end of the hotel from the ocean in a room with a king bed in a separate room from the sofa sleeper in the living room. The room showed some wear and wasn't up to scale with the typical Hilton hotels that we stay at. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we ran into was an empty pool area but towels and personal belongings laid out on the chairs. After speaking to a manager they said to remove the items from a few chairs so we could sit while the kids swam. The beach access was great and the pool area was small but nice. We did have dinner here one night and I thought it was good.
We were just informed that the team will be traveling to Cocoa Beach again in March of 2019. We will most likely stay here again. The balconies is what made us stay here instead of the Hilton down the road. Being able to sit outside and see the ocean in a private area made it all that much better. i just think we would stay in another room type next time as this room needed an update.

We went there for a long weekend with our teen daughter. Hotel is small, nice and quiet with comfortable rooms. Pool area was small but well equipped with pool chairs; great direct beach access with outdoor shower. Restaurant onsite with a drink-bar for an evening relaxation and many other restaurants to choose from within a few minutes drive. Will recommend this place and will return.

First off, yes we had a child with us. He was so wiped from trip he didn't get to experience the hotel so I wrote as a couple. Bar was Great, bartender was fun and let the adults finish their drinks with no rush. Pool was clean, rooms were clean and atmosphere was in accordance with cost. Would go here again.

Stayed at the DoubleTree one night before we left on our cruise. We booked them through the goportcanaveral.com website as a snooze and cruise package. We loved the location of the hotel. We loved that every room had a balcony and every room had at least a partial view of the ocean. The front desk team was amazing. They were very helpful and very attentive. They were also very polite. We got there early and there was only one room available. It was on the bottom floor so it wouldn't have as good of a view as higher rooms. The girl at the front desk asked if we wanted that or if we wanted to wait. We were gone waiting. She called when our room was ready and when we came back to the desk the guy at the desk was helping a customer. The bellman was coming out of the back room and saw me there. Instead of going about his task, he stopped and asked if I was checking in. I said yes and he went back into the back room to get the last to help us. I thought that was nice. They also had those awesome warm chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies waiting for us when she gave us our key. The room was nice and the beds were pretty comfy. We will definitely stay there again.
