We arrived late afternoon and were able to check in immediately into our accommodation. The receptionist - Myardi - helped us with our questions and tourist queries. Car parking was simple with ample spaces. Our room was large and had everything that we needed.

Some hotels capture you with one thing or the other. This hotel has a lot of very good features. Let me give you some of them. And I was there last week with serious construction going on. So I wonder how good it is when they are fully functional. The guest rooms are roomy and well appointed. I did stay on the Hhonors floor (4th). Wifi was good strong and fast, no issues other than the daily log out. I stayed 5 days, it really gives you a good idea about the consistency of friendliness, service of staff and the cleanliness of a place. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The water pressure in the shower was a little less. The conference rooms we used were very good and well set up. The food (catered events for the meetings) was very good. Breakfast buffet is very good. Lots of choices. The staff were well trained, friendly and very accommodating. I am an early riser and they were friendly even at 5 am!!! I ran out of supplies one day, the responded to my phone call within minutes. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day. The one thing that I would change at this hotel is get better coffee. The room coffee and the stuff in the front lobby was very difficult to drink. There is Starbucks supposedly served in the restaurant but you have to wait for breakfast. I found an early morning Starbucks to go get coffee. Its not a big deal but the two mile drive everyday was a little annoying each morning. There is a Starbucks store opening in the plaza in front of the hotel that will help for the next time. I would recommend a room facing the center court if you can get one. Its beautiful even with the current construction. I wish I could have visited here in the summer, the fountains and lights would have been beautiful. This was a great stay overall. I would stay here again if the chance came up. Several airlines seem to think so also. Their staff stay here on overnights.

I was in Colorado Springs for a conference and wanted to be near the Broadmoor (it was about an 8-10 min drive). My stay was from 11.4.17-11.8.17 - I give those dates for anyone looking to stay in the very near future. The hotel is under renovation. My sleep and routine was not overly inconvenienced, but I was on the floor above the current floor being renovated - no one told me this at check-in, so I was quite surprised to hear lots of banging at first. The fitness room is slightly larger than your average fitness room, so that was nice. Staff was friendly and I still got my warm cookie at check in (even though the lobby was currently in a temporary place). Even with construction taking place, I would stay again.

Despite the renovation going on at this hotel, the room was newly renovated and the staff was helpful... the downside is you couldn't acess the entire hotel without having to walk outside. Stayed here because the rooms were cheaper in cost than the hotel our conference was being held.

I stayed in this hotel more than once, each time I stayed I found more and more disappointment with the service the hotel provided. The last trip I stayed, when I checked out the front desk girl was so unfriendly. I was surprised that I was going to be penalized early checkout. I stayed in all Hilton chain and never have to pay for early checkout. But that is not the point. The point is unfriendliness of the checkout staff. As a business traveler, or trip can extend or cut short depending on work load.
